Objective

Hyland Software had achieved extraordinary success as a developer and distributor of database management software known as OnBase.  Now, the company was ready to venture into another phase, which would allow current customers to re-purpose their OnBase software to be consumer facing…in other words, develop a touch screen kiosk interface that would allow consumers to enter their own data, saving Hyland customers on time, money and manpower.

Adcom was hired to develop a promotional video for the roll out of Hyland Software’s new consumer facing kiosk. The video would contain in inter-changeable flash module for purposes of addressing varied industries.

Target

Initially, the Government and Healthcare sectors. Additional target sectors planned in the future.

Components

Using our Uppercut Motion and Sound partner company, Adcom conducted a rigorous talent search to find an on-camera spokesperson that would work both for the U.S. and Japanese marketplaces. Casting was also conducted to fill nearly 25 other supporting roles. Adcom then conducted a site survey to find the ideal shooting locations onsite at Hyland Software’s headquarters.  Flash animation graphics were created to illustrate the process of how the OnBase Kiosk would work. Custom music was composed and integrated. A strong call to action close was scripted to drive response.

Results

Our show and tell video helped Hyland Software to affordably open doors to new business, internationally.
