A Holistic Approach To Branding
We like to think that any communication is branding, as anything that reaches your audience influences the brand identity and brand experience. A phone call to your customer service line, direct mail communications, an article in the local paper, an online ad – all represent marketing pieces, which taken as a whole, create your brand. Our philosophy is to achieve a level of consistency over time in appearance and messaging to clearly establish your brand and, most importantly, the positive perception in the audiences’ mind about your brand. Ultimately, the brand resides in the mind of the audience and is born out of a strategic, desired brand position.
